So the other day I had an ultrasound and baby was moving like CRAZY but I couldn't feel a thing. I do feel movements sometimes, but based on this ultrasound, she's moving way more than I'm feeling. At this stage, it isn't unusual to not notice their movements because they're still pretty small. There's a reason most doctors don't have you start doing kick counts till 28 weeks.
That being said, if you, in your gut, feel something is wrong, go get checked! But it is normal to not really feel a ton of movements this early on.

I felt a ton of movement a week ago but nothing since. In my mind I feel like everything is still fine because I haven’t had any uncomfort or blood or anything.

If this is your first pregnancy, it's not super common to feel baby consistently before around 20 weeks. I wouldn't be concerned. I think I felt mine for the first time tonight; I'm 17 weeks and 2 days. You'll likely feel baby move occasionally for the first few weeks that you can feel him or her and then it'll get more frequent because they are bigger and you can recognize what their movement feels like a bit easier.

I just went to my 18 week checkup yesterday where they explained what to expect in terms of movement around this time. Basically, it’s not consistent right now and won’t be until 20 wks + so no need to worry! It’s normal!🫶🏻

I’m 17 weeks and ‘haven’t feel’ the baby, sometimes I wonder if -you know, something is happening down there 🤪 but today at the medical appointment I was able to hear the heartbeat 💓
