Hands hurting?!

Anyone else having this symptom? My fingers and hands are so sore and I’m not even working full days. I think it started at around 35/36 weeks for me. Now I’m 37 weeks and they just continue to hurt so bad.

Yes this happens to me! Especially in the mornings when I wake up. My wrists and hands feel really weak. It’s common with pregnancy idk why

Lack of blood flow I think?

Mine don’t necessarily hurt they just feel very swollen in the mornings. It’s like they are puffy and tight to bend.

Mine get swollen and hurt when I am exercising

You may be having carpal tunnel symptoms which is common during pregnancy. Usually resolves after birth or breastfeeding.

If it's due to swelling when working out/walking try to move your hands above your head. Try icing your hands if it's more pain with movement and maybe a wrist brace at night.

Yes mine were so sore too! Then my swollen feet started shortly after.
I got given blood pressure medication and it stopped. Just let your obgyn know.

Yes 😔 I’ve had carpal tunnel symptoms on my right hand since 20 weeks. You can try a cold compress in the mornings or when it gets bad. Really hoping it goes away after delivery!
