Mucousy baby

FTM.. baby born 4 weeks early via c section as was breech. Finding he is very mucousy the last couple of days, had him checked by doctor and all ok & have told me to keep an eye on it and continue using saline.
Anyone else experience this? Find him bad after feeding & at night time. Sitting him up, have mattress raised, using saline. Any other tips would be great! I literally sit up making sure he’s breathing 😂 have read humidifiers are good but would love any other opinions

Calpol plug ins help my little babe when he’s snotty! I’m forever following him round cleaning his nose. Sounds like you’re doing everything great. I’ve popped a towel under the mattress at the top of his cot so he has the slightest incline and it helps him snooze xx

thanks a million! He’s too young for the vapour plug, says 3 months plus but sometimes I’d be tempted just to see if it helps him 🙈 hopefully it clears up soon

Scan needed at 33 weeks

Hi ladies! I just had a midwife appointment (I am 33+5)..the midwife was different to my usual midwife. She's requested I have a scan within 72 hours as she said baby is measuring a little small, however, she did say that it's likely nothing to worry about and it's probably just her measuring me a bit different to my usual midwife. Has anyone else had this? Am a bit worried although babys heartbeat and movements are completely fine.

Finding out gender

Has anyone found out the gender at a private scan at 14 weeks? And has this been accurate?

I found out at 17 with my first but I know a scan place that offers from 14/15 weeks and I’m impatient 😂🥲

Rolling milestone at 5 months - What’s typical ?

Good morning ladies,

My daughter will be 5 months old tomorrow, but there’s still no sign of her rolling. She does tummy time and loves lying on her mat, playing with hanging toys above her and to the sides, but she only lifts her legs and doesn’t seem interested in rolling or moving sideways yet.

Anyone else the same or have your babies already learnt how to roll yet ?

Thank you
