High prolactin levels

Has anyone gotten bloodwork done and the results have shown high levels of prolactin? I just got bloodwork done yesterday and the results came back showing high levels that are out of range. I’m just curious what this means and what your doctor told you about decreasing prolactin levels. Any advice or insight is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Those having higher prolactin levels in the body are advised to avoid performing high-intensity workouts. Doing mindful and slow movements while exercising is the key to keeping prolactin levels low.
