Sounds maybe like sciatica. I’ve the exact same. The only thing for me to relieve the pain slightly to avoid not being able to walk is daily stretching. I find doing that helps but won’t necessarily take it away completely but as long as I’m able to walk on it, I’m happy lol
Sciatica, mine was due to a swollen muscle pressing on the nerve, I had acupuncture to help with mine and has kept it at bay so far 🤞🏼
Ask your midwife for a physio referral, they’ll give you some useful exercises to help. Hot water bottles are also amazing and reliving the pain.
Oh gosh, I had this from 18-22 weeks and had to call in sick to work some days because it was too much would be absolutely sobbing over the pain 🥺 Warm bath may offer some relief, deffo ask for a physio referral. Can look up pelvicpartnership.org.uk for some advice too. Hopefully it's not long lasting and will go as baby changes position 🤞 mine completely disappeared when my little one moved up, he was so low and in my right side and once he'd moved I literally felt the weight shift higher and my right side was suddenly usable again 😅 got fingers and toes crossed for anyone suffering with the dreaded hip and bum pain that it passes 🤍
I’m 27 weeks pregnant and been getting exactly the same thing it’s so painful now I’m thinking of getting a belly support band as I’ve heard this helps so I will let you know if it works or helps xx
