First time baby
Hey guys just wondering what it’s like in MK hospital when you have your first baby…do they still keep you overnight/ monitor you and baby or do you now get discharged the same day..and also any other tips and advise would be great x

I had a csection and stayed in for 24 hours. Found the care pretty poor tbh x
I needed forceps to deliver and had gestational diabetes during pregnancy and had to stay 3 nights x

I didn’t stay overnight with my LO, but I guess it depends on the type of labour you have. I was fully dilated once I got to the hospital and she arrived less than an hour later, I arrived at 7 and I was home by 4.
