6 year old excessive sweater

I have a question for the boy moms. Does anyone have a son that sweats excessively during play or sports?? I’m super concerned my son has always sweated pretty easily. Now at 6 while playing he sweats like someone dumped a cup of water over his head. It’s bad to wear other parents comment.

my son is only 1 so no sports yet but when he sleeps he SWEATS so maybe he’ll end up being a sweaty athlete
my nephew is 10 and was always a sweater when he ran around
maybe its genetics 🤷🏻‍♀️
