Yes- in the UK eggs are safe to eat and so is mayo

I ate it every lunch time for about 3 weeks as I was craving it xx

Aslong as you're in the UK and have the lion mark, they are fine to eat. I ate eggs and cured meat a lot in france with my second.

Yes eggs and mayo are absolutely fine to eat when pregnant , I craved egg n mayo sandwich during pregnancy and I’m now almost 4 months pp and baby girl is healthy , there is a page on the nhs website on things they advise u don’t eat , or if you do they’ll say how much to eat , so with tuna I think they only advise 2 tins a week xxx

I ate lots of eggs and mayo when pregnant, so long as the lion symbol is on them which I believe all shop bought are, you’re good :)

@mia thank you as I didnt eat much in my last pregnancy as I was worried of things to eat and not eat. I've been like through all my pregnancies.

@Jemma thank you

@Natasha thank you

@Briony thank you

@CeeCee thank you

@Dannette that’s ok babe , eating is so important when your pregnant , your not only eating for you, your also eating for your baby, have a look on the nhs website at the things u can and cannot eat , Or talk to your midwife they can also give u some advise xxx

@mia she gave me a leaflet last time but I can remember were I put it and I will have a look on nhs website thank you.

I ate everything only thing I stayed away from was redbull and alcohol

as long as eggs have the red lion stamp and the mayonnaise is pasteurised then your perfectly safe xxx

Yes! Lion stamped cooked any how, fresh - well cooked. I have chickens so wasn’t going to waste eggs so just had them very well cooked.
