Postpartum bleeding?

Hello! I’m a week postpartum and the bleeding hasn’t been too bad. Today, I started bleeding really heavy and have some clots. This is my second baby, but I don’t remember how my recovery was for my first. Is it normal to have such heavy bleeding after a week? My overnight pad was almost full when I went to the restroom.
