Upset stomach and getting pains in my belly I’m hoping the pains r upset stomach related! A not early labour signs have been to my docs this morning and mention it just told me to keep an eye out. But now I’m anxious 🙈Has anyone got this at 36 weeks pregnant?

36+4 and have been having today some kind of period pain and feel belly very tight
