26 weeks and feeling nauseous

I’m currently 26 weeks and over the last week I’ve been getting a nauseous feeling throughout the day. It’s not been everyday, but it’s happened a couple of times in the last 4-5 days.

Anyone else getting this?

I’m similar, but I’ve struggled with nausea and vomiting throughout and I’m treated with Cyclizine. It’s just got worse again recently between 26-27 weeks. Does your stomach feel squashed from the pressure of baby? As I wonder if that’s what’s making mine worse x

Same, my nausea hasn’t really passed since the first trimester (now 28 weeks). It’s evolved and changed, but still there - I am very sensitive to smells and they can make me gag (luckily not physically sick anymore though).

I had really awful nausea in the first trimester which went away during my second. My stomach does feel massive and squished a lot of the time so might be to do with it

It could be normal, our organs are shifting and digestive system is being affected more each day. I’d definitely mention to your midwife as new rather than ongoing nausea can be a symptom of something more serious.

I had awful nausea and vomiting for first 16 weeks, constantly thought the day. I felt good from 16-25 weeks, now starting to feel nauseous again and throwing up occasionally. I think it may be due to the organs being rearranged lol

C Section Date

I’m 37 weeks and I’m due on 6th April. I’m having an elective c section and haven’t been given my date yet, is anyone else in this situation? X

Overwhelmed!

I’m due in June with my first baby, we started saving money before I found out I was pregnant and have continued to save money however, as we’ve needed to buy lots of baby stuff, decorate her room etc, we’ve not been saving no where near as much so obviously our total amount of savings hasn’t been going up as much as we like.

We’ve just had our renewal for some bills like council tax (which has gone up) etc. I just feel really deflated and thinking how on earth are we going to survive when I’m on maternity pay 😕

I know everything will be okay but it’s just really got to me today.

Did anyone else feel like this? Was there any help or things you did to make it easier?

Baby boy is officially here 💖

Born yesterday at 39 weeks. A very fast labour. Woke up at 2.30am on the 16th to my waters leaking, contractions didn’t start till 4am and then I was 2cm dilated, at 10am my contractions were strong enough where I couldn’t talk but was only 3cm so had a sweep and was admitted into the birthing centre. By 3pm baby boy was born in the pool 💖 had a bad 2 degree internal tear but I’m so so happy I can stop looking at him

Consultant booked c section for 39+4?!

Is this normal? I recently moved house so all my care was under a different hospital who advised thinking about a section after my last birth was awful with lots of complications and ended up in theatre anyway. I chose this and was told it would be at 38 weeks, also having issues with my heart, high blood pressure and preeclampsia symptoms again. But this new consultant would only book it for then but it makes me so anxious how close that is to my due date?? Is this normal?

Growth Scan

I have a growth scan today because my fundal height measurement has stayed the same at 29cm from when I was 28+5 weeks. Now I'm 32+3. Has anyone else experienced this? It has made my growth chart go from just under 90th percentile to under 10th.
