Took my c section dressing off but it’s so sticky and making my overhang sticks

Just be careful what you do keep clear it with warm water x

The sticky plaster leaves residue for ages! Don’t scrub it though, let it come off on its own. You could stick a panty liner to the hem of your knickers and that helps keep the incision dry and might stop it sticking xx

@Sarah thank you. It keeps sticking my overhang to my legs when I sit down to wee 😭😭
