6month 102.3 fever?
hey everyone my baby girl has a fever of 102.3 she has been coughing has diarrhea and throwing up. do you guys think I should bring her in or not she is about to be 6 months old. we have given her baby Tylenol to try to help the fever but it only helps a bit what do you think I should do?
Update. She is doing ok we brought her in and she has the flu thank you all for the advice!

I would take her asap
Take her to doc
I would take her to the ER immediately, she’s going to get dehydrated quickly if she isn’t already and I’d rather just be safe than sorry
Preferably a children’s hospital as you’re likely to get more knowledgeable care 🤍🤍
