Natera not working
Someone help! I got a text saying they received my test sample and to make an account. Some browsers keep saying something went wrong when I get to the 2FA part. Some let me click one and all it shows me is my information, I can’t track anything. What am I doing wrong?!

The only reason I ask this is because they will let you know they recieved it, but it takes up to 2 weeks to get the results. So until then you’re only going to see your information because the lab work hasn’t been processed fully. They will update you once they send out results.

That’s perfectly normal. They run on business days. Just be patient I know it’s hard it’s a super exciting moment but that’s just how natera is unfortunately.
