My three-month-old went from sleeping 8-9 hour stretches and is now sleeping 4-6 hour stretches, waking up at inconsistent hours in the night.
We are still on an every 2-3 hour feeding schedule during the day, so we’re getting him 26-32oz during the day so I’m a bit surprised he’s still hungry in the night.

No thoughts or tips, but curious to see other responses. At 11 weeks my LO had a similar sleep schedule shift

same thing is happening with me , he wakes up like freaking out and takes his binky and falls straight to sleep but it’s every 30 minutes to an hour !!

im thinking its because my LO is teething or it’s the sleep regression ?

Same thing happened with us! My assumption has been sleep regression. Her naps also went from being 2 hours to 1ish

Entering that 4 month sleep regression early! We are too. My 15week old went from 8-10 hrs at night and the last 4 nights he hasn’t sleep very well

It could also be a growth spurt. My son was waking once or twice at night to feed and now wake 4-5 times. Thankfully he goes right back to sleep, but I can tell he is a bit hungrier and fussier. He is also cluster feeding a bit more before bedtime. It’s super common for them to have another growth spurt at this age.

The 4 month sleep regression can start around 3 months 🙃
