It’s been a 11 weeks since my c-section and apart from walking I haven’t done much exercise. But I’ve recently started doing yoga again and incorporating gentle ab work but when I do the ab stuff I feel quite nauseous after. Has anyone else experienced this?
Also, any recommendations for what exercise is good after a c-section? I want my body back. 😩

I’ve experienced this too! I then decided to start aqua fit instead which has been great and is quite fun too 😂 x
