I used to be able to drink a lot of water to keep hydrated and now I hate it every time I drink some it makes me feel nauseous if I drink a little too much- anyone else ?

Me too plain water makes me feel so sick now I have to have dilute juice

That's happened to me before! I bought lemon juice and lime juice to add to water and it helped, I also diluted juice like Anneliese.
It's weird, I'm not picky and I don't know why it started but it went away for me

Have you tried sparkling water? I found this very helpful in early pregnancy

Now if I don’t have much food in my stomach, water does make nauseous but I’ve been drinking extra hydration Gatorade or vitamin water which I haven’t felt nauseous with.
Maybe you might be drinking too much water? When i was a toddler, i was obsessed with water and drank so much that my pediatrician told my mom to not allow me to drink as much as i was because i basically was drowning myself.

I haven’t but that’s a good shout as I’ve been enjoying fizzy pop way too much! 😂

Same situation with me.
My first test came out with urine infection as I was not drinking enough water :(
Now trying to replace water with the following drinks and it is helping me. You can try too :
1. Coconut water 🥥
2. Lemon water (with a little salt and sugar) 🍋
3. Home made butter milk ( 1 spoon of yogurt with a pinch of salt and mix it well with cold water - really good for digestion and constipation too)
4. Raspberries and Lemon water ( with a pinch of salt and 1 spoon of sugar - or as per your taste)
This is working for me, I hope it will help you too :)

Yup! Flavoured sparkling water fixed it for me 😊
