Hello, we’re about to go on holiday with our littles and I honestly don’t know what to take, what’s a waste to take or what will be a life saver…any advice will be greatly appreciated!!

We just came back, I took too much for sure but I knew I would.
Vests for example she didn’t wear them at all! Swim nappies we took two packs and used only half a pack (we reused them if she hadn’t done a poo).
Life savers - snoozeshade, portable white noise machine & pram fan! We also took bake bars and biscuits which helped as she didn’t wanna eat much. Lots of toys/games/movies downloaded for journeys and to help us have a meal in peace 🤣
I took a cot sheet for her as well as her dream-maker to make it familiar for night time sleeping too.
Across the course of a few days I wrote down every time I used something for her and that created my packing list. I didn’t forget a single thing so it did the job x

Agree with a snoozeshade!!

For the plane - lots of snacks and little toys. I bought stickers, colouring book and crayons which entertained her for ages. Pull up nappies to make changing easier, I changed her whilst holding her as I didn’t want to put her down in the plane toilets🤢
Poncho towel and UPF swimsuits.
Sunhat
I had jelly shoes for around the pool but next time I’ll get her some crocs for ease
Travel cot, the hotel provided one but it was tiny and didn’t have correct fitting sheets.
Also random but I wish I’d taken a bath mat, she hated getting a bath/ shower because she kept slipping in it.
