My due date is June 6. My daughter was diagnosed with growth restriction.. & it’s crazy because I don’t really feel like she’s that small; last she was weighed she was 5.9lbs.. anyway, I saw my OBGYN doctor on 5/13 & she said “after today you’ll be seeing me every week” but still scheduled my next appt 2 weeks out for the 30th. I went to my ultrasound/NST appt on Thursday & I was told to ask my doctor if I was going to be induced or if we were just waiting for my baby to be ready.. my thing is, when I see her this Thursday I’ll be 39weeks. And then by my next appt I’ll be due.. the NST tech basically said she may want to induce me because of my daughters growth restriction but tbh, I doubt my OBGYN even pays attention to any of that…

I originally was like “f that. I’m not mentioning anything” but now I don’t mind getting induced anymore, I’m so ready to not be pregnant anymore & I’m so anxious to meet my baby; but I am extremely nervous that something will go wrong & I’ll have to get a c-section 🥹.

I had my son a day before my due date. I wonder if she’ll be ready before I even get to my doctors appt lol…

A lot of you on here have already been checked for dilation & I have yet to be checked.. I’m guessing I’ll get checked this week Thursday..

My due date was June 6th as well I was induced may 21st and had her may 21 st due too Cholestasis but at another hospital not my original Obgyn because they were paying me any mind as well it was so frustrating

My due date was June 2nd but I was induced due to high blood pressure. May 22nd and had him May 23rd. Although not the original plan baby arrived naturally and safe. You got this mama🤍

Shoot. I'm 35 weeks due June 29th and my baby has fgr too but I've literally seen my OB once this entire pregnancy my OB appointments constantly get rescheduled I have even asked for a different OB and Same thing rescheduled. But my ultrasounds are once a week.

Last pregnancy I was supposed to go weekly but they forgot and I ended up going every 2 weeks until my
Induction. I would ask about your appointment they probably scheduled you wrong. And I had fetal growth restriction this whole pregnancy and was going to high risk and my baby got down to the second percentile and they still never talked about inducing me for it, I’m 38 weeks now

yeah my baby was 1%tile at some point.. I have an appt this Thursday… I called the day after my appt was scheduled they confirmed it was the 30th I’m like ok whatever

My due date was June 11 and my girl was also diagnosed with growth restriction. At 37 weeks she was measuring 33 weeks. They estimated her to be 4 Ibs 5oz. I got induced at 37 and she was almost 6 pounds! Still on the small side but they were way off and had me thinking she’d be sent to nicu. Honestly go with ur gut and do what makes you comfortable/happy, whether that’s induction or not! Praying for a safe and healthy delivery & baby ❤️

even without growth restriction where I go it’s protocol for you to go weekly starting at 36 weeks. Sounds like you should be going weekly, but the growth on the ultrasound is usually not very accurate so it’s dangerous to induce based off that.

Same thing happened to me! My due date is June 7th. I had an appointment on the 15th where the nurse mentioned wanting to induce me at 39 weeks which isn’t something my doctor ever mentioned, but I don’t have another Dr appointment until the 30th when I’ll be 39 weeks, and then they also scheduled me an appointment on June 6th which is the day before I’m due. I haven’t been checked for dilation yet either!

C - section

Hello lovelies, I’m getting closer to my date of c section.

Can I ask how it all went for you? I felt prepared and now I have this awful feeling what if I bleed out! I’m sure that’s not the case. But I just wondered how it went, and how the aftermath was. I have seen on social media people say it’s horrendous but then I speak to friends and family and they’re like yeah it’s not easy but you can cope! You can walk, etc. I think it’s the unknown… lol!

Also were you all sick during your procedure and did you all get terrible trapped gas? If so what tips do you have xx

Can you see anything? I’m 12 DPO 🙏

My own opinion is that this is inconclusive (can maybe see a vvvfl but could also be an indent too hard to tell) but curious what others see

I wake up around 8.30am, have some cereal, meditate/pray for a bit, make a cuppa and then by 10am I’m tired again and could easily nap. My iron levels have been checked and were fine. Is it just me or is anyone else feeling like this? I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant 👀

Best way to be induced??

I just found out I may need to be induced early due to preeclampsia and having a generally bigger baby which of the ways to be induced do y’all recommended?

This is a bit strange.. but hear me out

I am 36 weeks and 4 days today.
I had that feeling, you know when you are trying to take a tampon out on your end of period and it kind of hurts because the tampon is dry? I had that sensation today?

Now I feel like I have to push something about my vagina? It kinda tickles but uncomfortable. I’m not having any pains at all anywhere btw so can’t be baby ??
