Hi I’m never too sure when it comes to fish what we are allowed to eat and how it’s meant to be cooked? Can I eat supermarket salmon fillet and oven cook? is that safe

Yup. Anything cooked is OK, but don't eat fish every day.

Yes actually it’s encouraged to eat cooked salmon, it’s so healthy and contributes to brain and eye development so I tried to eat it every week or two while pregnant. Just not smoked salmon.

Yes

Yes you can eat it, I think 3 times a week max? It can be smoked, grilled, baked, as long as it is cooked. Raw salmon in sushi is a no go unfortunately. I make salmon once a week during both of my pregnancies and make some green beans on the side, I try to make sure it's fresh caught salmon instead of frozen, but that's just me. You could even buy precooked salmon that's refrigerated but I've never been a fan of it and I wouldn't eat it while pregnant

Salmon is the best fish to eat while you can’t eat all kinds of fish because of the mercury. My flo app told me in my first weeks but I forgot.
Thanks! I’ll be making myself a nice salmon fillet tomorrow night 😋
