My daughter is 8months old. She has fever rn and cough. She feels hot. When should I take her to the ER? I gave her Tylenol and a shower

If it gets up to 103 then take her in. A lot of times, anything under that they won’t admit her unless she has other major symptoms. The Tylenol should help! Good luck mama and I hope she feels better 🩷
You should take a her temp and if it’s above 103 go to the hospital.
At 101, I would also probably give her pedi a ring.
103, but the hospital will tell you only take them in if it’s 103 and not going away with medication, as they will just give her the same thing. If you try Tylenol and it goes down, you’re all good, if not, take her in.
