Any idea for meal ideas. I’ve been on the diet for 5 weeks already so sick of eating chicken.
I don’t like nuts or avacado. Breakfast and lunch I’m happy to pick at bits. It’s evening meals with my family I’m struggling to tolerate any carbs and it’s tough.
All ideas welcome, I have a long time to go 🤣

I was definitely feeling the same way. So yesterday I went to sams club and got low carb taco sized tortillas (4g per tortilla) and precooked meats for a variety of tacos. They have carne asada, barbacoa, carnitas, and fajita chicken that I saw.
I already have some sauce options at home and I picked up some veggies to go on top or the side. It's super easy and gives me a bit of variety. I can also put the meat on a salad or just pair with vegetables.
I also got salmon, turkey sausage, ground beef, Italian sausage, and a bag of frozen chicken. I need variety. I still eat chicken for sure, but I can't have it every night. I can't do just plain cooked meat and veg every night either. I need to make it more interesting.
I haven't tried it yet, but I'm planning to get shirataki noodles to make pad thai with. They are only 5-6 grams of carbs for a whole package of noodles. I'm sure they won't taste perfect, but that's why I'm making a flavorful dish instead of spaghetti. Lol

I’ve been eating a lot of burgers. I just make a cheese waffle for my bun. (2eggs one cup of shredded cheese- waffle iron for 5-6 minutes) and for a side I do veggies with ranch made from Greek yogurt.
You can add whatever meat in the cheese waffle you want - I just use it as bread and depending on the type of cheese it adds about 30 grams of protein!
