Fruit instead. Go for walks every day. Cut soda

Dark choco coconut almonds, honey on whole grain toast, frozen fruit or a smoothie with olive oil are my go-to. I’m currently focusing on eating more carbs and calories though because I was in too much of a deficit with my current activity level. So you definitely can have some sweet things and fats in moderation especially when it’s the right types of snacks. Just make sure you get in enough cardio since the sugar definitely wears out our heart. I really never thought I could stop eating candy but the most candy I eat now are ACV gummies. Also, eat more protein or supplement, it leaves less room to form Ghrelin in the stomach so you will naturally start having less cravings.

1800 calories a day
140g protein
170g carbohydrates
60g fat
Get the mY fitness app and put those settings in. If after a week youve lost nothing make slight adjustments. Lowering carbs and fats and upping protein xxx

Fruit really helps me with sweet cravings. And also chocolate protein shake with ice makes me feel like I'm having a lovely chocolate milkshake without the calories and helps meeting my protein goals xx

Focus on consuming protein and fat, the easiest way to do this is by counting your macros. If you want to talk more about it feel free to DM. Happy to talk you through what those goals could look like.
