Guilty?
Hello Single Ladies. I was wondering if anyone in this group is single and feels guilty that the father is not in the picture? How do you explain his absence? My daughter is almost 4 and hasn't really ask where is daddy or who was daddy. At times I am conflicted, part of me is glad that I don't have any drama that comes with co-parenting -the scheduling and conflicts and broken promises. Another part of me would have loved him to be around because she is missing out on another family and culture because she is biracial. I'm lucky to live with my parents who provide support. I don't know what I would do without them.
I would love to cultivate real relationship with single moms in a similar situation for support. Xoxo.
