Aptamil anti reflux - size 3 teat

Have just started my baby on this milk due to his reflux- he is 3 months- am using the size 3 teat (MAM) as advised as formula is much thicker. Can see on packaging it says size 3 is for four months plus- is it okay to do this? Anyone else done this?

Would love to know feedback on this formula if possible 🙏

We started using this formula when ours was still on size 1 teats and we sized up to the 2, so it should definitely be fine to size up to 3 as it is really thick and will be much slower than they're used to if you use the same teat!
