Dating apps where you can remain anonymous in swiping?

Me and my baby’s dad broke up a few months ago and even though it still feels fresh I would like to start chatting to other guys just so I can feel the excitement to eventually date. However we still live in the same city and so all of his friends. I’m worried if I go on a dating app someone will see me and tell him and feel it could bring drama I don’t want. I really miss the feeling of excitement talking to someone so please can anyone suggest anything! I can hardly go out and date or meet people as I’m a single mum

No advice unfortunately but I’m on dating sites here and there only to briefly speak to people, no serious intentions atm and I’ve matched with my daughters dad (obviously intentional on each other’s parts) so do think about how you would feel seeing him on there if it’s still feeling fresh.. Other than that, go for it or try fb dating if you can block people? Idk if that’s an option! Xx

Your single at the end of the day. If he doesn’t like it that’s not your problem really

Apparently I think tinder is one where you can block all the numbers in your phone, which might halp a little bit

@Chloe yes you can block people you know ans keep it away from your actual facebook account x

Im on a dating site nd i just don’t care if he finds out or not truly i did before but not anymore.. there is an undiscoverable option fr most apps

So on Tinder you can block numbers and the associated social media of your ex (they have to provide phone number as part of the sign up process), so you can avoid each other whilst swiping. I have a snoop the other day on Tinder and life is just too much for men... 👀😂
