My daughter who's 2 now. Was sick a lot her 1st year of life. She got covid and rsv only a few months apart. Humidifier in room at night def helped her sleep. Daily nasal saline spray and aspirator. An electric aspirator is a life saver! And switch off between tylenol and ibuprofen as long as they have a fever. But def count wet diaper. I think it's less than 5-6 at this age is when it can be worrisome. Stay in touch with your pediatrician! Especially if 24-48 hours with less than 5-6 wet diapers

Everything from above and what also helped my 8 month old are the cooling patches for the forehead. I would also check temp rectaly. It’s more accurate. We also did steam baths, like let the water run a the bathroom gets full of steam and then filled in his tub so he can breath in steam while having bath. We had Covid 2 months ago and it’s gonna be rough but as long as u remain calm they will too. Good luck.
