Little girl - rash on genitals?
I've noticed tonight my 4 month old seems to have nappy rash on the outside of her genitals - is that possible? I noticed she had nappy rash on her bum yesterday but today her genitals definitely seem sore. I've given her a bath and patted her dry but can you use sudocrem or any other creams on them? Not sure what to do!

Yes you can use diapers creams as long as it's not inside, my little one has the same thing
@Destiny which one do you use? I assumed sudocrem would be the most gentle.
Sudocream works wonders. Always make sure skin is dry before applying.
My older little boy has never responded well to sundocrem, more often then not it has made it worse. Deffo worth a try but we find that weleda nappy cream works wonders if sudocrem doesn’t help
