Ok so RN here. For lightly red use Sudo. For the really red hot stuff use Nappy Goo. Made by RCH and is the literal miracle cream
I’ve heard great things about nappy goo, my friend’s son had horrible rash and it really helped. Otherwise, we use sudo
Bepanthen is usually best for cuts and bites. It's more of a protectant for genital areas than anything
