Is anyone else super hormonal, I'm angry and upset for no apparent reason?

Im usually very happy and it's hard to bother me, but for some reason for the past two days I'm the complete opposite.

I’m feeling the same very sensitive and emotional which isn’t like me :(

Super emotional but not angry thankfully but I just cry all the time, tried to buy my dad a fathers day card yesterday and just stood there crying, I cry when my husband tells me he loves me, I'm just a blubbering mess atm

Today I read “Oestrogen is at its peak in your final weeks of pregnancy, which means you may experience an increase in mood swings due to fluctuating hormones” & I felt seen 😂

@Sami ah! Now that would explain it! Thank god, its not just me.

@Jenny It's mixed of anger, sadness, happiness and just down right delulu 🤣 My hormones are everywhere right now.

Period late

Could I be going through menopause at 26? I missed a period 2 months ago then had one the next month this month no period yet just feeling crampy and like my periods going to come but nothing yet, sleepy as Heck! Sore breast I took a test but was negative then a couple of days later I wound up spotting for a little then it stopped thought it was my period but nothing do you guys think it’s pregnancy or menopause my hormones have been sooooo off since my 2nd daughter which was a year and a half ago they never went back normal
