Pgp pain vs birth pain?
Did anyone find their pgp pain to be worse than labour and delivery?! I am in constant agony every day at 38w and now worry I can’t handle a vaginal birth

I found my pgp to be worse than contractions. Granted, I had an epidural when I was 5cm dilated.
PGP was worse than my contractions but I had an epidural at 5cm too. I ended up having an emergency c section and the recovery from that was easier than PGP 😅 x
I cant stand the pelvic girdle pain right now but had a great, unmedicated vaginal birth with my first baby!
Had awful PGP all the way through until labour and it went away and had a great vaginal birth no complications.
