cabbage 🥬

Take the leaves and put em in your bra

I’ve heard cabbage leaves and antihistamines work

@Breeh how long do I leave them there for?

@Tahleah I’ve heard abt Sudafed? But I wonder if I can use the spray directly on the nostrils instead of taking the tablets ?

Try to gradually stop. I pumped once a day a few times, then skipped a few days, did it one last time for 5 mins and no engorgement no pain 🤗

For the day I believe..

@Yassi I can’t keep breastfeeding as I’m on medication so I guess I’ll have to pump?

Lemsip - I accidentally took some whilst bf and my supply took a real hit which took weeks to come back from!

@Dani @Maridel thank you 🙏🏻

Get pink stork no flow tea

cabbage !!

I’d assume so because it’s the active ingredients in it that stop the milk production

Tight sports bra with breast pads, avoid touching them at all. Mine was gone in a few days following this x

@Sophie did you not pump at all? I feel so engorged all the time 😭

Sudafed helped. Ask your obgyn, they offered to put me on birth control that I guess can make you stop. Green Cabbage leaves and ice helped with engorgement. Keep the leaves on until they welt. I was an overproducer so I had to slowly decrease my pumping sessions. Stretch the time between pumps and reduce the time pumping until you can drop a session one by one. If you’re on meds and can’t have the baby consume, pump and dump but ask your pediatrician first. You might be able to mix with older milk to dilute the meds in the milk and safely use it.

Not at all, I tried breastfeeding when I initially had my little one but I couldn’t get on with it. The only time I touched them was to shower. I feel you it was so painful! But I found that was the only thing that worked for me x
