Bottom trouble…..

Slightly embarrassing but girls please help, I have a scan on my twins this afternoon and all morning I’ve been running to the toilet every five mins 😭. Any thing I can take to stop it?

The NHS say you CANT take immodium so be careful.

I personally wouldn’t take anything to stop it because it’s likely your body trying to clear out something it isn’t happy with - like something you ate or a bit of an infection.
I’d move the scan instead if you’re not well enough to go x
