Induced in just over week

What happens when u get induced? I'm scared they give me a date to be induced, not really thinking I get that far, but just over week, he still in there reading post prob make me more scared but I rather know and prepare

Tbf all depend which method they will use. They might give you gel, ballon. If you are not dialated enough. If you are they might straight away broke your water and give you oxy drip.

It all depends really they might be able to break you're waters and things happen naturally or you might need the pessary which can be left in for upto 24 hrs to get things starting then you might need the drip I've had them all

Is your partner allowed to stay with you during the induction process?

Don’t be scared, just think your baby will be here sooner 💕 I was induced for my second with the pessary at 10pm I had it put in by 1am I was having tightenings. It all happened very fast, at 10am I was 6cm so took me to delivery, within 20 minutes she was here. It all completely depends on your body everyone’s experience is totally different! Just be prepared to stay in a while if it is your first as induction can take some time to kick start! Good luck 💕

TMI: No judgement please but do you think I should go to a hospital tonight or I’ll be fine til my appointment next week?

A gush of brownish red blood came out, like it squirted out while I was standing. I’ve been cramping the past few days, I’m supposed to be around 7 weeks pregnant but at the last appointment doctor couldn’t really tell even with the vaginal ultrasound..there was a faint heart beat but I’m kinda worried I’m miscarrying

Midwife visits

how many PP midwife visits have you had and at what point??
I’m 3 weeks PP tomorrow, had a midwife come out on day 1 and then day 5 and got told at the day 5 visit that a midwife would come out again once baby has reached birth weight so that we could be discharged, yet she’s been back to birth weight for a week and we’ve heard nothing from midwife’s. all contact now seems to be only from a health visitor but she’s not coming back until another 3 weeks.
Should we have had another midwife visit post day 5, or have atleast heard from them during this time…? 15 days no contact at all makes me assume i won’t?

Did anyone try for Irish twins? Did you accidentally have them? If you had back to back c sections what was your experience?

I would say these are our top first and middle names for our girly, however just can’t make out mind up (I think it’s more me being indecisive lol)

Headaches!

How on earth are we all coping with these nightmare headaches! Like wake up in the night with head pounding kind of headaches. Sometimes the back of my head, sometimes the temples. Often behind the eyes/into the eyebags and down the sides of the nose. It’s by far my most debilitating symptom and I’m struggling!!!! Any tips tricks or literally any advice really greatly appreciated (and more than welcomed!)
