I've thoroughly cleaned my pot, but every time I boil water for formula, white particles appear. When I pour the water into the bottle and it cools, these particles settle at the bottom. I'm uncomfortable feeding this to my little one. Does anyone have any suggestions?

A lot of places have hard tap water / water with lots of minerals which show up as flakes or residues when boiling.
Use soft water for boiling...this will reduce or even eliminate limescale / mineral flakes.
You can either buy bottled soft water or use a water filter. We bought a filter because I was sick of constantly cleaning.

You can also try boiling some vinegar in your pot to clean it first. It will breakdown some of the hard minerals. If you still have particles after that, then switch to a filter
