EDIT: i’ve also been having pains in, what feels like, my right ovary, and they can get pretty excruciating !in the last week, the pain has spread to, again, what feels like, my left ovary. i called 111 when i first got the really excruciating pain on the right, however they just said to take a mixture of paracetamol and dihydrocodeine (a painkiller i’m prescribed) to treat the pain, and haven’t suggested going to my doctor to get it checked out or anything. should i be going to the doctor for this ? i can’t do too much walking without it become more and more painful the longer i walk. unsure if this is related to the below symptoms or not, especially since getting the symptoms is when the pain has spread, or whether this is a separate issue (hence asking whether i should be seeing dr for this since it’s an ongoing issue now)
i’m just under 4mos pp, am now 7 days late for my period, and over the last 2 weeks have put on a fair bit of weight (i’ve gone up 1 clothing size) and my ankles and legs keep swelling up. should i be taking a test or am i just overreacting and this is perfectly normal ?😂i didn’t have any of this after having my first, so hoping this is just normal now i’ve already got 2 under 2🤞🏼😂

I’ve never heard of swelling that early in pregnancy. I would be concerned something else is going on if it was me. Maybe take a test and if it’s negative then go see your primary doctor for the rapid swelling and weight gain.

The same exact thing happened to me, except I was over 2 weeks late. I tested negative at 3 weeks late. Then my niece spent the night and we both started 🫠

thats what i was worried about. thank you for your advice i appreciate it and will be taking a test tomorrow ! x

so it could just be that i’ve not quite regulated yet then ? i’m going to test tomorrow, and i’m going to take Brooke’s advice and go to the doctor about it all, pregnant or not, as, like Brooke said, it’s not normal this early in pregnancy. thank you for a slight peace of mind for now ! x

You should see a dr. Excruciating pain is never something to ignore. I hope you’re ok x

thank you, i will ! i’m okay most days but when i don’t sit down/rest enough, or i sneeze, stuff like that, it sets it off so badly i’m doubled over in pain. it’s difficult to rest often having 2 under 2 though, especially with my 1.5 year old running away from both me and my partner whenever either of us is trying to pick him up for any reason unless he’s wanting to be picked up for food or cuddles🤣🤦🏻♀️sometimes even picking him up hurts honestly because of how heavy he is now ! x
