Mucus plug discharge at 31 weeks

I’ve had thick mucus discharge when I go to the loo last 2 days. I reconsidered it from my last pregnancy but it didn’t happen anywhere near as early last time. Should I be worried baby is going to come super early?

I’ve been having extremely mucus discharge throughout my full pregnancy, midwife said it could be parts of my mucus plus but it regenerates it’s self pretty quickly so it’s okay to get bits here and there. As long as there isn’t blood streaks in it or if it has a foul smell or anything as that could be infection. I’d always advise mentioning it to your midwife if you’re worried, least that way they are aware and can give you some reassurance xx
