Baby and I cosleep while I am in the c-curl around him. But lately I’ve noticed that while sleeping on my side the hip that is in the air becomes really uncomfortable and in pain. It goes away if I lay on my back. Have any other mamas dealt with this and have a fix? Since it’s not the hip I’m laying on I don’t know what to do but would like to continue to safe sleep with the c-curl

Yes, an actual side sleeping pillow to get for in between the knees makes a big difference for me!

yea that happens to me. sleeping with a pillow in between the legs helps as well as a pillow propped behind my back and hips to keep them perpendicular to the bed if that makes sense. i found that my top hip would slouch slightly backwards putting my hips at an uncomfortable diagonal
