Heat & Sleep 🥵
The room is currently sat at 25.5 degrees LO feels cold ish on back and chest but head is drenched kn sweat! (Its still very humid as live in top floor flat🫣)
Absolutely no idea what to dress in for bed tonight!

We just had her in her nappy last night, our house is similar temps (maybe slightly warmer). Could try vest bodysuit if you think they would be too cold in just a nappy
My LOs room was 27 last night 😠he was in just a nappy, tonight it’s 25 and we’ve put him in a vest and he feels fine so far x
It's 26 degrees and she's in a nappy with a 0.5 tog sleeping bag x
I don’t have a 0.5 tog sleeping bag, only a 1 tog which feel be too much😬LO has on a short sleeved pj top with long bottoms (all cotton) as chest and neck oddly felt cold! Have shorts to hand incase feels slightly warmer also a fan in hallway on rotate near door of the bedroom. Does this sound OK?

My girls room is 28.9 at the moment and she is just in a nappy, if it gets any hotter then I think I’ll move her in with me so we can both share the fan 😅
