Sleep sack temperature

For a .5 tog sleepsack and a footless button up sleeper, what temperature should my a/c be at? Usually, we have it at 74 or 75 but I bumped it down to 72. All the charts I see online recommend a short sleeve onsie or diaper but for a hotter temperature, so I'm a little confused. 🤔

Following because I’m constantly doubting myself with this.

My baby sleeps in a .5 tog sleep sack and long sleeve footless bamboo pjs. We keep it at 70

@Autumn My daughter is finally big enough for the one I bought I her a few months ago. She's been asleep a few hours and seems fine but it really is a bit confusing unless I'm just over thinking it.

what throws me off most is if I follow the internet recommendations she’s in a onesie and thin swaddle while I curl up under a cozy comforter and it doesn’t make sense. 😣
