What kind of testing did you do for ADHD as an adult? Did anyone just do the questioneer or was it more testing involved as an adult?

A psychiatrist or psychologist needs to evaluate you. The evaluation takes a couple of hours.
I have heard that some places only do the specific questioneer and some places will do the full testing but the questioneer can be a diagnoses to?

No. The questioner is the first part of the evaluation, but you get a diagnosis after the full evaluation. If any mental health provider gives a diagnosis with a questioner without evaluating the patient, it is doing malpractice.
I come from a family line of ADHD and autism and majored in psychology in college. Most of the time, the questioner doesn't play a big part in the evaluation, or at least it's not supposed to. It's more to express concerns and what you're feeling.

I was hooked up to a thing called Evox. It's like a swimcap with sensors in it. They give you various cognitive tests for a few hours then look at your brain signals and your eye movements. My retention of information was spot on but my focus and engagement was way off the charts. They give you a print out of what your brain looked like over the span of the tests... thisndata was extremely helpful.
