Does anyone take a vitamin or supplement to better control your appetite? I’m not going to lie, lately I’ve been gaining weight. It’s all because I get the late night sweet tooth and I don’t drink enough water. Tbh not a fan of water. I’m not sure of anything healthy to drink because usually I’ll drink sprite or another pop sometimes a vitamin water but typically I don’t like water. We eat out a lot and my partner doesn’t want to eat healthy so it’s hard for me to cook a meal that’s even healthy because then what we’re making 2 different meals a night like that’s going to cost so much. I can’t really stay under 200 lbs. my son is 2 years old and I’m constantly picking him up he weighs 44 lbs! Like I feel strong but I’m still fat with an apron belly

For the whole you don't know what you drink just switch your soad to diet soad or zero sugar, also there is this stuff called mios you can add it to your water and it taste just like juice but is 0 calories.

You can flavour your water w sachets that give it flavour and even carry that around w you when you go out to eat and plonk one in or carry it already flavoured in a bottle. I think for you, intermittent fasting would do some good which means no late night snacking- when I get peckish at night I’ll have a hot soybean drink or a chai latte, something to keep me going but it’s not too many calories and my body doesn’t have to work overtime to try to digest food in my sleep. Portion control when you do eat.
I mean…been drinking regular pop with sugar so I’ll take your suggestions thank you

There’s no quick fix. It requires discipline
well I know. I’m trying to be healthier. I read apple cider vinegar in some water. There’s things you can do for yourself that’s healthy.

Apple cider vinegar in water is a gimmick.

My bestie got on tirzepatide and lost 60 lb since September
