I don't think anything I've been doing ever shows consistent results with pregnancy results. I've gotten pregnant 4x with one resulting in a successful birth.
Managing stress is really important. The waiting period will suck. Find fun stress free ways to keep yourself occupied .
Wishing you a successful transfer !
what did you eat/drink before hand?
Any supplements you took?

In my success transfer I took vaginal probiotics, I took the zita west ones. Don’t know if they made the difference. I was eating a Mediterranean style diet for months in the lead up to my transfer and I had cut out alcohol a month before

I've increased my vaginal probiotics as well but haven't seen any signs of it or any other dietary changes I made leading to a positive pregnancy. I've had just as many successes and failures. Sorry I know this isn't helpful information
thank you Jen when did you start taking the probiotics and how long did you stop them before your transfer did you take any vitamins before transfer/during 2WW? X

The zita west ones are specifically for a transfer so you take them from day one of prep and throughout. I took them alongside my prenatal and zita west omega dha
hey Jen did you take them through your 2WW also?

Yeah they are designed to take from the beginning of prep of your transfer and to finish the whole course of tablets. I had a few left and took them into early pregnancy

They are called femceive https://www.zitawest.com/products/femceive-friendly-bacteria-supplement-for-women-during-preconception it’s a 34 day course
I think my fet will be in the next 3 weeks is this too late to start taking them if it’s a 34 day course?

I took mine 8 days into mine and continued it until the box was finished

I would recommend healthy eating, no alcohol and minimal caffeine. Beetroot and pineapple are good for implantation so I ate them daily. 🤞🏻 for you x

Fresh Pomegranate juice is crucial. Also beetroot ,watermelon and little bit ginger juice good for implantation. From day 1 to day 5 eat pineapple slices as well. 🤞 do lots of walk mean stay active .

My first transfer didn't take, but my second transfer stuck and I'm 16 weeks so far. The only differences were that we used embryo glue at the transfer and vaginal probiotics
(Canesflor) running up to transfer this time. Otherwise I lived relatively normally in terms of what I ate x
hey Elise
Thank you! When did you start and stop the probiotics please?

Just as directed in the pack - once a day for 6 days then once a week up to transfer (only started them 3 weeks before transfer) although I stopped them after transfer (wasn't sure if I should have continued or not!) x
