Has anyone had this antibody result? I’ve googled and sounds like something my midwife should raise with me, but I’ve heard nothing. Does anyone have any info on this?

I've not had this, but I believe it's a rare-ish antibody found in some people's blood. I think these antibodies occur either from a first pregnancy or from a blood transfusion (I am not 100% on this). I imagine you will have some extra monitoring to make sure all goes well 😊 I guess your midwife/a consultant will explain everything properly at your next appointment?x
Thank you ! I’m hoping to get some more info at my next appt although my midwife seems utterly useless! X

I can definitely see why you'd want information sooner! Sounds like something which is either not an issue, or is manageable. I'm sure you'll have more info on the details soon! xx

I’m pretty sure my partners mam has this and she had to take medication to protect baby and was monitored more closely due to the rare blood result, I may be wrong though but after a quick google search it sounds like what she’s described, wishing you a healthy pregnancy ❤️❤️

Hey I had Anti E antibodies with my 3rd baby who was born in May. Mine was a different type of antibody but the same thing. Drop me a message if you have any questions, I remember reading online at the beginning and being so anxious but ended up doing a lot of research.

Hi, we are 12 weeks pregnant and they are closely following my pregnancy as dad has KELL and they found antibodies in my blood. Just wondering how everything is playing out for you?
