Is this the start of the mucus plug? Do I need to do anything? I’m 37 weeks 3 day. Thank you.

I think it looks like your plug. You don’t need to do anything. Quite common for women to start to lose them at your gestation as your cervix is starting to soften ready for labour ☺️
I was told only if it’s accompanied by blood or pains. Otherwise it’s completely normal. I’ve been losing bits since about 28 weeks. X
