Time to call triage?

When I was in labour my triage told me to call them back when I was having at least 3 contractions every 10 minutes, lasting at least 1 minute. Yours may just about be not frequent enough, but a call to triage to check before you go in won’t hurt. They may want you to go in if the contractions are lasting that long.

Also depends how far away from the hospital you are, and if it’s your first baby etc. They can all play a part in it.

I’d definitely call them if I were you just to see what they say. Can you talk through your contractions too? Or are they already strong enough to take your breath away?

Thanks I called and they said come in to be checked. Finger tip dilated and nice soft cervix. They said I could stay in but I’d rather try and get some sleep at home and see what happens . Only live 5 min drive away🤞🏾 not too long now though x
