4 days post section

I had my socks taken off the same day as my section! My feet were very swollen for around a week! Even without the socks! Text midwife ask for a bigger size if you don’t want to have them off yet! Xx

they are here tomorrow I actually have my own socks may pop them on…. Didn’t think of the size lol thank you. They told me to keep them on so will ask tomorrow if I need them.

I wasn’t told to keep the socks on either. I was swollen (hands and feet) for about 5 days and settled on its own

I had my section on Thursday too! Came home yesterday and they told me I can take the stockings off. My feet are also HUGE right now 😂 xx

Ahhh now I’m worried I have mine still on 🤣 when the midwife’s came out to visit they asked if I still had them one and told me to keep them on, they said I could take them off for an hour or so and pop them back on. My feet did swell with my first but I had a natural birth so didn’t wear socks. Did you guys come home with the injections?

Maybe they’re going off of your body if you know what I mean? And yes I was sent home with injections! X

Yeah I have to do injections for 10 days x

I haven’t had the injections so wondering if that’s why I had to keep socks on. Iv taken them off now though. My feet are huge and my legs feel horrible so will probably put them back on later haha x

Did the midwife come today? What did they advise you to do? Xx
