I think this is really important to share for all new mams.
Sudocrem is for when a nappy rash is red and irritating.
Bepanthen is a barrier cream, this should be applied at every single change to create a protective layer between the skin and the nappy. ( imagine wearing a sweaty pad 24/7)
This will 99% prevent any nappy rash.
Spread this EVERYWHERE, it’s not as common knowledge as you’d think! It definitely wasn’t practiced by the older generations.

I’ve always found bepanthen great at soothing nappy rash. I’ve never used it at every change, only when nappy rash flares up.
Can’t stand metanium, no idea why so many people rave about it. Didn’t do a thing for my babies bums

I use sudocrem at every nappy change and my little girl has never had nappy rash, thankfully 🙂
