Has anyone gotten weight loss surgery with a bmi of 37?

You have to have a comorbidity (hypertension, diabetes, etc) or leave the country and pay out of pocket. They won't approve you off BMI alone.

What shay said but im pretty sure my BMI was way over that. What's going on?

I had surgery in 2019 and lost 100 I've unfortunately gained 30lbs . I was BMI 39
