False/prodomal labour?

Im 39+6 and I’m having very strong tightenings (much stronger and different from braxton hicks I’ve had). However my tightenings aren’t regular yet. Is this false labour or could it be the start of early labour?

Mine looked like this. In fact mine were about 8-10mins between 30 secs and just over a minute. I'd definitely call up triage. I was 4cm dilated when I arrived!
